Terms of Service

Membership is offered as an annual subscription. The Member tier is $228 per year and the Connoisseur tier is $588 per year, billed in advance. The Free tier ($0) provides the weekly Skincare Gazette and the Ingredient Decoder. We do not offer monthly plans. Your access continues for the full annual term you have paid for.

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. After the 14-day window, annual membership fees are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current annual term, and no further charges are made.

All content on the platform — including the Skincare Gazette, ingredient guidance, device protocols, and routine recommendations — is owned by The Pro-Aging Atelier and protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or scrape our content without permission. Content you post to community areas remains yours; you grant us a license to display it within the platform.

You agree to use the platform lawfully and respectfully. You may not share your account credentials, attempt to circumvent access controls, scrape or republish content, or post abusive, misleading, or infringing material in community areas.

The platform provides skincare information and tools for educational purposes. It is not a substitute for professional medical or dermatological advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

We aim to resolve concerns promptly and in good faith. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration rather than litigated in court, except where small-claims procedures apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any legal proceedings shall be brought in the courts of England and Wales, except where arbitration applies under the Dispute Resolution section.
